Ever since we started RMCM Salon, it's been our mission to lead by example and provide space for others in the industry to grow — demonstrating that you can create a diverse culture in the beauty industry where people seek employment and stability. Where people give back to the community and support all walks of life. Where we provide a quality, superior level of service with 1:1 relationships with our clients and space that feels like home.
